Atlanta-based IPA 100 firm Frazier & Deeter LLC (FY21 net revenue of $143.8 million) is partnering with public benefit corporation and technology platform Novata to help private equity firms and portfolio companies with their ESG reporting, disclosures and compliance processes.
Formed as a partnership of the Ford Foundation, S&P Global, Hamilton Lane and Omidyar Network, Novata provides a technology platform that helps organizations select ESG reporting metrics, provides guidance for data collection, hosts a secure contributory database, and offers tools for analysis and reporting to key stakeholders.
