New York-based IPA 100 firm PKF O’Connor Davies (FY21 net revenue of $256.5 million) has appointed Thomas Manisero as its new general counsel and chief legal officer.
Mansiero has nearly four decades of experience representing numerous accounting firms, with expertise in a wide range of legal areas including commercial litigation and transactional matters. Before joining the firm, he led the accountants practice at law firm Wilson Elser for more than 30 years and served on its executive committee.
“Tom is a distinguished advisor whom the firm has trusted to represent our best interests over the last two decades, and he joins us with extensive knowledge and understanding of our business,” says executive chairman Kevin Keane. “Representing accountants for the majority of his career, he will be an invaluable resource on legal strategy and for the firm as a whole.”
