Boston-based WilliamsMarston LLC has acquired Paradigm Advisory Group LLC of Atlanta.
Paradigm is a boutique advisory firm that provides financial and accounting advisory solutions to private equity-backed and public companies, assisting clients with services including technical accounting, external audit support, IPO readiness, carve-out support, due diligence and other issues related to financing and M&A transactions. Paradigm co-founders Travis Hannon, Chris Bitler and the entire Paradigm team are joining WilliamsMarston.
