New York-based IPA 100 firm Grassi & Co. (FY21 net revenue of $100 million) has relocated its Manhattan headquarters to the full 28th floor at 750 Third Ave.
The move provides the firm with closer proximity to Grand Central Terminal and other major transportation hubs, making the office more easily accessible to the firm’s employees, clients and business partners. The office provides advisory, tax and accounting services to individuals and business clients in the construction, real estate, not-for-profit, health care, manufacturing and distribution industries, among others.
“At a time when many businesses are downsizing or eliminating their New York City footprint in favor of remote workforces, we are excited to be enhancing our presence in the city with this strategic move,” says CEO and MP Louis Grassi. “Our new location puts us in the center of the midtown business district at a time when we are committed to expanding our service offerings to better serve the post-pandemic needs of New York City businesses.”
