Principals Sandor Jacobson and Sean Pattison have been selected to co-lead the restructuring and transformation practice at Southfield, Mich.-based IPA 100 firm Plante Moran. They succeed partner Tim Weed, who led the practice for more than 30 years and is retiring.
Jacobson has been with the firm since 2017 and specializes in restructuring, cash flow projections, liquidity management, profitability improvement and bankruptcy. Pattison has been with Plante Moran for more than 16 years and specializes in strategy and operations, supply chain and process improvement for clients in the manufacturing and distribution industry. As they head up the restructuring and transformation practice, Jacobson will cover the Chicago area and manufacturing portion of the practice, while Pattison will lead the Michigan, Ohio and automotive/mobility portion.
“Sandor and Sean are both tremendous leaders with deep expertise in helping clients solve their most challenging and difficult problems and getting them back to profitability,” Weed says. “I’m confident the practice will continue to grow under their leadership and provide unparalleled expertise to our clients.”
