Julian Dozier, a shareholder at Thomas Howell Ferguson CPAs, has taken over as chair of the 2022-23 board of directors for the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). He succeeds GellerRagans MP Kristin Bivona, who will remain a member of the FICPA council.
