Baldwin
San Ramon, Calif.-based IPA 100 firm Armanino LLP has admitted Matt Baldwin as a new tax partner in its growing Denver office.
Baldwin has more than 13 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in corporate and private equity tax. He also has experience in transactional tax issues, M&A transactions and ASC 740 income tax provisions.
