Woburn, Mass.-based LGA LLP has admitted Steve Sieker and Ross Yogel as partners in its business advisory services practice.
Sieker has over 30 years of corporate experience, with more than 15 of those years in senior leadership roles. Serving as fractional CFO for LGA clients, he focuses on process improvement, executive communications tools, strategic planning tools, financial change management, KPI implementation, transaction due diligence, strategic advice and post-transaction integration.
“Steve plays such an integral role in each of our client’s companies he works with,” says partner and managing director of business advisory services Ken Segal. “He not only helps with the day-to-day financial aspects of running their company, but also helps them to make the important decisions for growth and is often the calm voice of reason during times of crisis, steering the ship toward calmer waters.”
Yogel specializes in serving clients and attorneys in need of closely held business valuations, financial consulting and forensic accounting. In addition to his work in LGA’s valuation practice, he helped launch the firm’s litigation support and forensic accounting services.
“Not only has [Ross] successfully helped launch these service lines, but I have also watched him firsthand use his expertise to help clients with pressing problems and become their trusted advisor,” says partner and head of business valuation Frank Storniolo.
