Chicago-based IPA 100 firm Baker Tilly has appointed Francesca Ranieri as head of learning and development, the first executive in this global role.
Ranieri joins the firm from Nike, where she led employee and career development for 75,000 people. Prior to Nike, Ranieri served as deputy chief for tax learning at Deloitte where she helped open Deloitte University. She also has learning and development leadership experience at the Kraft Heinz Company and LinkedIn.
“Francesca has a clear vision of Baker Tilly as a learning organization as opposed to an organization that does learning,” says managing director of people solutions Joy Duce. “That perspective is a perfect match with our firm’s purpose to unleash and amplify talent.”
