Chicago-based IPA 100 firm RSM US LLP (FY21 net revenue of $2.9 billion) has announced that on June 1 the firm will launch a human-centered design practice through the acquisition of Andculture, a Harrisburg, Pa.-based firm that provides client-facing marketing strategy, design and technology services.
Establishing the new practice within RSM’s consulting line of business are Andculture founder and CEO David Hickethier, Joshua Benton, president, Evan Keller, chief experience architect, and the team of nearly 60 strategists, designers, engineers, client advisors and support staff. The transaction adds a new RSM location in downtown Harrisburg. Hickethier, Benton and Keller will join RSM as consulting principals.
“Our clients are increasingly looking to RSM for go-to-market strategy and support as a companion to the operational services we provide to power the engines of their business,” says Pat Vance, RSM consulting leader.
Hickethier says, “We look forward to bringing RSM’s clients marketing strategy, design and technology capabilities to craft end-to-end experiences that help them achieve and exceed their business goals.”
