Parsippany, N.J.-based IPA 100 firm Sax LLP (FY20 net revenue of $48 million) has admitted James Toto as a partner in its private client practice.
Toto has more than 30 years of experience and specializes in tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and families, including estate and retirement planning. He also provides services related to equity-based compensation, after-tax cash flow analysis and tax analysis of complex investment strategies.
