Greensboro, N.C.-based IPA 300 firm DMJ & Co. PLLC (FY20 net revenue of $15.1 million) is merging with Asheville, N.C.-based Johnson Price Sprinkle PA (JPS), effective June 1.
The newly combined firm, to be known as DMJPS PLLC, will be led by DMJ MP Michael Gillis and JPS CEO Benjamin Hamrick as co-CEOs, and will employ more than 135 professionals, including 13 partners, across seven statewide offices.

DMJPS will offer business advisory, tax and assurance services to businesses, their owners and high-wealth individuals, with expanded services to include valuations, M&A, succession and exit planning, as well as health care practice consulting. The new firm’s expanded industries will include professional services, real estate, manufacturing, agriculture and hospitality.
