Conyers, Ga.-based IPA 300 firm Antares Group Inc. (FY20 net revenue of $12.8 million) has admitted Trish Casdorph, Rebecca Phillips and Kristin Ward to its partner group.
Casdorph joined Antares in 2021 as co-director of the firm’s business and tax advisory group. She has more than 20 years of income tax experience in both the public accounting sector and private industry at a large publicly traded corporation, specializing in federal and state income tax compliance.
Phillips has more than 10 years accounting and tax experience, specializing in restaurant and franchise accounting. She most recently served as co-director of the business and tax advisory group.
Ward joined the firm in 2010 with experience in back-office services, financial accounting, and tax and advisory with a focus on the hospitality and restaurant industries. Her focus is in the areas of business consulting, financial analysis, business valuations and payroll.
