Naperville, Ill.-based IPA 100 firm Sikich LLP (FY20 net revenue of $184.2 million) has brought on Heather Peters as its new chief human resources officer.
Peters has more than 20 years of human capital experience, including in the areas of HR operations, talent management, succession planning, change management, M&A integration and employee relations. Before joining Sikich, she served in executive-level HR roles at civil construction company Allan Myers, talent and outsourcing company Yoh and Baker Tilly.
