Banzali
Princeton, N.J.-based IPA 100 firm Withum (FY21 net revenue of $313.7 million) has admitted Caroline Banzali as a partner in its transaction advisory practice, where she will specialize in tax due diligence, structuring and post-transaction integration and tax optimization planning.
Banzali has more than 20 years of experience in buy- and sell-side transactions, strategic planning and M&A, including work with Big 4 firms and several years as a senior private equity executive. She also served as tax counsel and head of risk management at a multi-billion-dollar tech startup.
