New York-based EisnerAmper (FY21 net revenue of $456 million) has named Judd E. Appel as managing director and national leader in the transaction advisory services group.
His prior experience includes 20 years of transaction services and investment banking with blue-chip companies. He has diverse experience with both public and private clients across a variety of industries including consumer products, manufacturing and distribution, automotive, aerospace, technology and private equity. He has also held a variety of roles including CFO and corporate development.
Appel’s role involves providing information on both the buyer’s and seller’s sides, including helping private equity firms and portfolio companies with financial, tax, structuring, IT, compliance and valuation due diligence.
