Stambaugh Ness Adds Four to Ownership Team

York, Pa.-based IPA 300 firm Stambaugh Ness (FY20 net revenue of $17.8 million) has admitted the following four professionals as owners:

  • Jeffrey Adams is the director of the firm’s M&A practice area. He has more than 30 years of experience overseeing strategy and operations relative to accounting, financial planning and analysis.
  • Kate Allen focuses on helping clients with transition strategies including ownership transition and M&A. She has 25 years of experience in the architecture and engineering industry, including leadership roles as a consultant, PIC and national engineering director.
  • Scott Butcher is an architecture and engineering industry veteran with 30 years of experience in strategy, marketing and business development. He was previously the owner/principal of Aecumen LLC, a firm providing consulting, facilitation and training for architectural and engineering companies. Stambaugh Ness acquired Aecumen in 2020.
  • Tony Machi is a manager in the government contract services practice area. He has extensive experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation strategy and compliance and firm profitability.
