Fiondella Milone & LaSaracina Admits Four to Partnership

Glastonbury, Conn.-based IPA 300 firm Fiondella Milone & LaSaracina LLP (FY20 net revenue of $14.6 million) has admitted the following four professionals to its partnership:

  • Jim Arcouette has over 34 years of experience in accounting and taxation, most recently as CFO of marketing firm Adams & Knight. He was previously a director of tax and advisory services at Fiondella Milone & LaSaracina from 2004-07. His practice includes business tax planning and consulting services, as well as tax preparation and compliance tax services for business owners and individuals.
  • Matthew Soroka has been a part of the firm’s assurance and advisory practice since 2008, supporting both publicly traded and privately held companies in industries such as technology and manufacturing with investment fund audits, employee benefit audits and Sarbanes-Oxley consulting and more. He also leads the firm’s technology and innovation committee.
  • Amber Tucker has been a leader in the firm’s non-profit practice since 2017, providing audits, consulting and tax compliance services to non-profit organizations in Connecticut and beyond.
  • Mary Wisenski joined the firm in 2004 and has worked to expand the assurance and advisory practice, working with clients in industries such as manufacturing and utilities on matters such as financial statement audits, internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley audits.
