IPA 100 firm Anders CPAs + Advisors of St. Louis (FY20 net revenue of $43.5 million) is merging in Summit CPA Group of Fort Wayne, Ind.
Founded in 2002, Summit offers virtual CFO services including cash flow management, business tax planning and financial forecasting. The firm also provides 401(k) audits and recently launched a CPA firm augmentation program, which provides other CPA firms with a business plan on how to perform virtual CFO services. As part of the deal, which is scheduled to close in the second quarter of 2022, Summit co-founders Jody Grunden and Adam Hale will join Anders, along with all 60 staff members of the firm.
