Greenville, S.C.-based IPA 100 firm Elliott Davis LLC (FY21 net revenue of $140.5 million) has added the following three new leaders to its executive team:
- Heather Hough has joined the firm as chief marketing officer, overseeing all digital marketing efforts, brand management and communications. Her experience includes marketing leadership roles with Hanesbrands, Advantage Media Group/Forbes books and several marketing agencies.
- Joanie Martin is the new chief transformation officer, focusing on emerging trends within the accounting and consulting industries and aligning the firm’s strategic direction with changes in the profession. She has more than 20 years of leadership experience across finance, accounting and administrative functions at Michelin North America. She was previously with Elliott Davis in the firm’s audit practice.
- Kendra Thornton is the new chief human resources officer, responsible for talent development across the firm, including recruiting and employee engagement initiatives. She previously worked in employment law at Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart, and has also held leadership roles at Time Warner Cable, Family Dollar Stores and Reliance Steel & Aluminum Company.
