Tucson, Ariz.-based IPA 200 firm BeachFleischman PC (FY20 net revenue of $31.3 million) has entered into a joint venture with Mexico-based business services and advisory firm Terán Rojas & Associates to provide inbound and outbound Mexico-U.S. cross-border business services.
The joint venture deepens the existing collaboration between the two firms, providing integrated service options for international businesses that currently or intend to export, manufacture or distribute products or services cross-border, have employees or representatives conducting business cross-border, own real estate in the U.S. and/or Mexico, or have an investment in the U.S. and/or Mexico.
