IPA 300 firm E. Cohen & Company CPAs of Rockville, Md. (FY20 net revenue of $13.5 million), is merging in DeVan & Lowery PA of Rockville, Md.
The combination will allow DeVan & Lowery clients access to expanded services at E. Cohen, including IT and cybersecurity, wealth management, international taxation, estate/trust planning and financial statement auditing.
