Baker Tilly Acquires Health Care Firm

Chicago-based IPA 100 firm Baker Tilly (FY21 net revenue of $1 billion) has acquired health care IT professional services and consulting firm Orchestrate Healthcare of West Palm Beach, Fla.

Founded in 2006, Orchestrate works to improve performance within the processes and systems – particularly electronic medical record systems – of provider organizations through services such as integration and interoperability, health care analytics, information security and health care IT staffing. When the acquisition becomes effective on March 1, Orchestrate’s 120-person team will join Baker Tilly.

“We are continuing to invest heavily in the digital space,” says Angela MacPhee, MP of Baker Tilly’s consulting practice. “With this combination, Baker Tilly can deliver a holistic approach for health care providers so they can administer the best patient care while controlling costs and adopting new business models.”
