Columbus, Ohio-based Holbrook & Manter is merging in Conrad Leibold Woerner & Company (CLW) of Marysville, Ohio.
Founded in 1958, CLW provides accounting and tax services to corporations, closely held businesses, non‐profits and individuals.
“One of the bonds both firms have in common is culture,” says Holbrook & Manter president Brian Ravencraft. “Neither firm would have the longevity to be able to serve our communities in central Ohio without this key attribute.
