Looking to expand its CPA Solutions team, St. Cloud, Minn.-based IPA 100 firm BerganKDV (FY20 net revenue of $80.4 million) is merging in Simma Flottemesch and Orenstein (SFO) of Minneapolis.
Founded in 1975, SFO provides tax, audit, accounting and business advisory services to clients in and around the Twin Cities area. The SFO team consists of 20 individuals, including three shareholders, bringing BerganKDV’s current Twin Cities headcount to around 130 employees. When the deal closes on June 1, SFO will adopt the BerganKDV name and brand.
