Milwaukee-based IPA 100 firm Wipfli LLP (FY21 net revenue of $431.5 million) has acquired Chicago-based Solve100 and Waypoint of West Chester, Pa.
Solve100 offers business intelligence, data analytics, machine learning and predictive analytics services to the health care, manufacturing, financial services, food service/manufacturing and distribution/logistics industries. Waypoint offers enterprise data management (data warehousing, integration and governance), analytics and enterprise performance management solutions across multiple industries, with specific expertise in the health care and financial service industries. Combined, the companies will add more than 50 associates to the Wipfli team.
