Hooley
New York-based IPA 100 firm CohnReznick LLP (FY21 net revenue of $673.3 million) has appointed San Diego OMP Mark Hooley as its new chief operating officer. He succeeds Philip Mandel, who will assume a new role focused on the firm’s growth initiatives through the Nexia International network.
Hooley has been with CohnReznick for more than 20 years, providing assurance and consulting services to public and privately held companies across diverse industries, and developing strong expertise in renewable energy and technology. As COO, he will be responsible for managing and supporting the firm’s advisory, assurance and tax service lines, financial reporting systems, administration, facilities, innovation and technology, and international operations. He was elected to the firm’s executive board in 2021 and will continue his term.
