Somerset, N.J.-based IPA 300 firm RRBB Accountants and Advisors (FY20 net revenue of $16.1 million) has admitted Joseph Caplan and Salvatore Lubrano-Lavadera as partners in the firm.
Caplan, who will lead the firm’s tax department, focuses on providing tax, advisory, attest and accounting services to owner-managed businesses in various professional service industries, including medical and dental practices, law firms, real estate and small businesses.
Lubrano-Lavadera concentrates in public company audit/advisory services and controller-type accounting and consulting services. He also acts as the liaison between buyers and sellers in M&A transactions, providing due diligence services, including the preparation of quality of earnings analyses.
