Barnes Dennig Admits Four New Directors

Cincinnati-based IPA 200 firm Barnes Dennig & Co. (FY20 net revenue of $24 million) has admitted the following four professionals as directors:

  • Bryan Gayhart focuses on IT and advanced accounting and auditing issues. As a member of the firm’s SOC reporting team, he leads complex engagements involving SOC, PCI DSS, HIPAA and other federal and local compliance standards.
  • Laura Hunter specializes in construction industry taxation, working with complex multi-state companies, as well as high-net-worth individuals and trust taxation.
  • Lauren Huster specializes in international tax. She is also a member of the manufacturing client service team, which works with some of the firm’s largest and most complex clients.
  • Bradley Sack has over two decades of public accounting experience, providing audit services to a wide range of companies, as well as employee benefit plans.
