Kreischer Miller Launches Talent Advisory Practice

IPA 200 firm Kreischer Miller of Horsham, Pa. (FY20 net revenue of $39.5 million), has launched a new talent advisory practice.

The practice aims to help leaders of middle market, privately held companies align their people with their business strategy through core services including hiring tools (job description optimization, interview guides and onboarding support), organizational design, leadership training, executive coaching and employee engagement surveys. The new practice will be led by director Bobbi Kelly, who previously implemented a talent optimization framework for Kreischer Miller’s leadership and team members.

“Public accounting firms are increasingly viewed as business advisors to their clients, and we are launching this new talent advisory practice in direct response to client requests for assistance with their workforce and organizational development,” says managing director Christopher Meshginpoosh. “Talent is the backbone of privately held and family-owned companies, and the pandemic has amplified how critical employees are to these companies’ success. A company’s financial health and its talent strategy are uniquely linked, and there is increasing awareness that a company’s business objectives can be met with and through its employees.”
