Cleveland-based IPA 100 firm CBIZ (FY20 net revenue of $824.7 million) has hired Michael O’Day as a managing director in its accounting advisory practice.
O’Day was most recently with a Big 4 firm, where he spent more than 13 years working with a range of public and private companies. His experience includes audit readiness and working with clients on IPOs, SEC comment letters and reporting requirements, M&A, debt and equity transactions, and accounting for other complex transactions such as revenue recognition and lease accounting.
