PBMares Admits Five to Partnership

Newport News, Va.-based IPA 100 firm PBMares LLP (FY20 net revenue of $52.1 million) has admitted the following five professionals as partners:

  • Jennifer Bonsiewich has more than 17 years of public accounting experience, specializing in tax planning and compliance, including international tax matters, for high-net-worth individuals and large multi-state corporations in the construction, manufacturing/distribution and government contracting industries.
  • Lynn Eller is a leader in the firm’s international tax practice, and has prepared numerous tax returns for non-resident aliens, U.S. residents that are eligible for the foreign earned income exclusion, and U.S. residents who control foreign corporations. She also has experience in assessing the tax implications of investments, retirement plans, insurance and estate planning.
  • Shawn Middleton has 15 years of audit experience, providing assurance services to non-profit, governmental, for-profit, real estate and hospitality clients.
  • Ryan Paul is a member of the firm’s construction and real estate team, with specialization in real estate, high-net-worth individuals and pass-through entities.
  • Jon-Michael Rosch assists not-for-profit clients with accounting and tax issues unique to the industry, including those with uniform guidance requirements, public charities, social welfare organizations, trade associations, business leagues, non-profit child care centers, private schools, independent research organizations and 527 political action committees.
