Carmel, Ind.-based IPA 100 firm Blue & Co. LLC (FY20 net revenue of $92.3 million) has brought on Chad Pfeifer as its new chief people officer.
Pfeifer has spent 17 years as a human capital leader with a focus on planning and developing talent solutions, culture change, employee engagement strategy and leadership development.
