Kittell Branagan and Sargent (KBS) of St. Albans, Vt., has named Andrew Bachand and Mark Mayer as co-managing shareholders. They succeed founding shareholder Gregory Sargent, who has been managing shareholder since 2007 and will continue to serve clients as a shareholder with the firm.
Bachand joined KBS in 1986 and was promoted to shareholder in 2000. He specializes in serving nursing homes and long-term care facilities in Vermont, as well as providing audits of governmental and non-profit entities.
Mayer joined the firm in 2000 and was promoted to shareholder in 2016. He serves clients in the construction, health care, manufacturing and wholesale industries.
