Cincinnati-based IPA 100 firm Clark Schaefer Hackett (FY20 net revenue of $71.5 million) has appointed Phil Hurak to the new role of shareholder-in-charge of advisory services.
Since 2019, Hurak has led the state and local tax (SALT) group. In his new role, he will work to ensure the firm is consistently drawing from its full complement of tax, financial, technology, HR and operational experts when providing advisory services to clients.
“Phil’s experience growing advisory practices and his creativity and vision regarding the growth of CSH’s advisory services were convincing,” says firm president Kerry Roe. “We know he is a great choice to lead our firm toward the growth in services beyond traditional accounting that our clients are looking for.”
