BerryDunn Merges In Parks, Recreation and Open Space Consulting Firm

Portland, Maine-based IPA 100 firm BerryDunn (FY20 net revenue of $100.9 million) is merging parks, recreation and open space consulting firm GreenPlay of Louisville, Colo., into its parks, recreation, libraries practice. GreenPlay will take BerryDunn’s name.

With the deal, BerryDunn clients will gain access to an expanded bench of industry professionals and expertise in the space, including GreenPlay’s innovation teams focused on economic impact; resource allocation and cost recovery; diversity, equity and inclusion; and collegiate, recreation and wellness planning. GreenPlay clients, meanwhile, will have access to BerryDunn’s suite of financial, government and IT consulting as an integrated resource.
