Citrin Cooperman Admits Brad Taylor

New York-based IPA 100 firm Citrin Cooperman & Company (FY20 net revenue of $315 million) has admitted Brad Taylor as a partner in the valuation advisory services practice.

Taylor has experience in business valuation, litigation support and financial analysis, and has worked for private and public clients across a variety of industries. His experience includes the valuation of business enterprises, intangible assets and equity for gift and estate tax matters, purchase price allocations, goodwill and long-lived asset impairment, stock options, M&A and other financial and tax reporting purposes.
