Tenaya Taylor to Head Up DEI Efforts at EisnerAmper

New York-based IPA 100 firm EisnerAmper LLP (FY21 net revenue of $456 million) has brought on Tenaya Taylor as its first director of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Taylor has more than 20 years of experience in DEI, philanthropy, multicultural marketing, communications and advocacy spanning multiple industries.

In this newly created role, Taylor will help develop and advance inclusive strategies and programs aimed at building and sustaining a talented and diverse workforce and fostering greater equity, inclusion, representation and a deeper culture of belonging. Representing the firm’s DEI commitments both internally and externally, she will also focus on increasing diverse workforce representation, improving engagement and sentiment, and expanding diversity among clients and suppliers.
