IPA 200 firm Tanner LLC of Salt Lake City (FY20 net revenue of $32.7 million) has admitted Nathan Peterson as a partner in its tax services practice.
Peterson joined Tanner in 2012 and has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting. He specializes in serving companies with pass-through entities (partnerships, LLCs and S-corporations) and high-net-worth individuals, and frequently consults on pass-through purchase and sale transactions, complex partnership allocation structures and equity compensation planning.
