Itasca, Ill.-based IPA 300 firm CDH PC (FY20 net revenue of $13.4 million) is merging in Pier & Associates Ltd. of Chicago.
Founded in 1991, Pier provides accounting, audit, tax and business advisory services to individuals and private companies in various industries. As part of the deal, firm founder Mary Lou Pier will join CDH.
