Jackson, Tenn.-based IPA 200 firm Alexander Thompson Arnold PLLC (ATA) (FY20 net revenue of $31.4 million) has acquired JWCK Ltd. (formerly Jordan Woosley Crone & Keaton Ltd.) of Hot Springs, Ark.
JWCK provides tax management and accounting services, including audits, financial statements and financial planning, and specializes in trust and estate tax reporting. As part of the deal, 14 JWCK professionals will join the ATA team, including three principals and partners Christina Ellis and Courtney Moore.
“ATA has had a long-standing interest in establishing a strong presence in Arkansas,” says ATA MP John Whybrew. “We believe that this strategic merger with JWCK allows the firm to grow in new markets with like-minded professionals as well as continue our multi-year growth plan.”
