Seiler Admits Two to Partnership

Redwood City, Calif.-based IPA 100 firm Seiler LLP (FY20 net revenue of $69.1 million) has admitted Luanna Tang and David Yuan as partners.

Tang joined the firm in 2007 as a supervisor and, after a brief time away, rejoined in 2016 as a principal. She has more than 20 years of experience in tax planning and compliance for individuals, trusts, partnerships and private foundations; business and accounting services for high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational families and their closely held business entities; and representation of clients before federal and state taxing authorities.

Yuan began his career at Seiler in 2006 and was named a principal in 2016. He has more than 15 years of experience, specializing in tax consulting and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families; estate, gift, trust and philanthropic planning for individuals and families; business tax planning and compliance for partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations; and representation of clients before federal and state tax authorities.
