New York-based IPA 100 firm Prager Metis (FY25 net revenue of $133.7 million) has combined with Sherbert CPA, expanding its presence in Charlotte, N.C. and its expertise in real estate, affordable housing and construction.
As part of the combination, Bill Sherbert has joined Prager Metis as a principal along with key members of the Sherbert CPA team. The group will relocate to Prager Metis’ Charlotte office and continue serving existing clients.
Sherbert CPA has provided advisory, audit and tax services to individual and corporate clients, with experience in the housing and urban development and tax credit real estate sectors.
