Parsippany, N.J.-based IPA 100 firm CohnReznick (FY25 net revenue of $1.12 billion) has added Bryan DaCanal as a managing director in its transaction advisory services practice. He is based in West Palm Beach, Fla.
DaCanal specializes in financial and operational due diligence and advises private equity sponsors, strategic buyers, business owners and investors on buy-side and sell-side transactions. He has advised on more than 225 transactions across industries including software, media and technology, business services, home services, manufacturing and distribution and consumer products.

DaCanal’s experience includes quality of earnings analyses, working capital analysis, carve-outs and analysis of key performance indicators and synergies. He previously served as a director in the transaction advisory services practice at a national professional services firm.
His appointment follows CohnReznick’s addition of Kunal Bhatt as a transaction advisory partner in New York City in September. Bhatt brings more than 15 years of experience and has advised on approximately 1,000 transactions.
