Lexington, Ky.-based IPA 100 firm Dean Dorton (FY25 net revenue of $108.7 million) has added the clients and team members of Louisville, Ky.-based Associates in Resource Management (ARM) to Dean Dorton Healthcare Solutions, effective Oct. 1.
ARM provides medical billing and revenue cycle services to physician practices. The combination expands Dean Dorton’s physician practice client base and adds to its existing healthcare services in finance, operations, compliance and technology.
“Our clients are seeking more specialized services, particularly in the healthcare industry, and this helps us bring our expanded resources to even more physician groups,” said Nikki Corbett, healthcare services director at Dean Dorton Healthcare Solutions.
The move continues Dean Dorton’s expansion of its physician-practice services. In 2017, the firm acquired Louisville-based Metro Medical Solutions, adding physician billing and credentialing to its healthcare consulting practice.
