Atlanta-based IPA 100 firm Aprio (FY25 net revenue of $681.3 million) has acquired Denver-based TGRP Solutions, adding more than 70 professionals and expanding its Office of the CFO and technical accounting capabilities.
TGRP serves middle-market, PE-backed and public companies with Office of the CFO services, technical accounting, IPO readiness, transaction support and staffing and recruiting services. The firm’s team will join Aprio’s advisory practice
TGRP founder and president Mark Reister, managing director of consulting Jim Lockhart and director of placement and contract solutions Doug Nassif will join Aprio as partners.

The acquisition is Aprio’s fifth combination in the Denver market. The firm entered Colorado in 2023 and has since added Pontiff + Associates, Elite Tax & Accounting and TaxOps’ state and local tax team. Before the TGRP acquisition, Aprio had 35 team members across offices in Greenwood Village and Westminster.
