Aldridge Borden Names Corey Savoie CEO

Montgomery, Ala.-based IPA 400 firm Aldridge Borden (FY25 net revenue of $12.5 million) has named Corey Savoie CEO, effective Oct. 1. Savoie will oversee day-to-day operations and the firm’s growth strategy across Alabama.

Savoie has been with Aldridge Borden since 2006 and previously founded and led the firm’s client accounting and advisory services practice. His experience also includes attestation services for construction companies and small businesses.

“This is an exciting next chapter for Aldridge Borden,” Savoie said. “As CEO, I look forward to building on that foundation by expanding our reach, investing in our people and creating new opportunities for our team and our clients.”

As part of its growth strategy, Aldridge Borden also announced a partnership with Venning, which will provide additional resources, technology and expertise. Aldridge Borden said it will retain its existing name and identity.

Venning describes itself as a national professional services firm with more than 20 U.S. offices and 175-plus professionals. It operates through an alternative practice structure, with Venning & Company providing attest services and Venning Advisors providing tax and business consulting services.

The leadership change comes after Aldridge Borden named Jeff Windham MP in 2025. The firm also expanded into Huntsville through a combination with LeCroy CPA Group and Mercer & Associates.
