Parsippany, N.J.-based IPA 100 firm CohnReznick (FY25 net revenue of $1.12 billion) has added Ajay Tailor as an assurance partner in its commercial real estate practice.
Based in the firm’s New York City office, Tailor provides assurance and advisory services to commercial real estate entities, private equity firms and REITs. His experience includes audits of commercial real estate, hospitality and multifamily residential organizations, as well as advisory work related to real estate financings, acquisitions and dispositions.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Tailor was part of the real estate and hospitality services practice at a major international tax, assurance, accounting and advisory firm.
