Meridian, Idaho-based IPA 100 firm Sorren (FY25 net revenue of $193.3 million) has added Southampton, Penn.-based Zinman & Company and Annapolis, Md. -based Alta CPA Group, expanding its presence and capabilities across the Mid-Atlantic.
Alta CPA Group serves nonprofit organizations, labor unions and government entities with audit and assurance, nonprofit tax and automation services. Zinman & Company provides tax, accounting and advisory services to businesses, nonprofit organizations and individuals throughout the Greater Philadelphia region, as well as outsourced accounting, payroll and human resources services through Denovo HRConsulting & Business Advisory and recruitment services through De Novo Recruitment Agency.

The additions continue Sorren’s expansion in the Mid-Atlantic. In May, the firm added Owings Mills, Md.-based Gorfine Schiller & Gardyn. Sorren also launched a separate legal services practice earlier this month.
