Meridian, Idaho-based IPA 100 firm Sorren (FY25 net revenue of $193.3 million) has launched Sorren Law, adding legal services to its expanding advisory platform.
The new practice will serve businesses, investors and individuals in areas including business transactions, M&A, succession and estate planning, asset protection, tax planning, contracts and litigation.
“Clients are often making legal decisions that connect directly to their business, financial, tax, ownership and family goals,” said Josh Tyree, CEO of Sorren. “Sorren Law gives clients access to practical legal guidance while staying connected to advisors who understand their broader picture.”
The founding group is Mansfield & Mayo, a Nevada- and Idaho-based law firm led by attorneys Patrick Mansfield and Massey Mayo. Sorren said the practice will initially serve clients in Nevada, Idaho and Texas, with further expansion planned.
Sorren Law operates separately from Sorren’s accounting and advisory businesses and is owned exclusively by lawyers. Sorren Legal Support, a subsidiary of Sorren, provides administrative and operational support to the law practice under a management services agreement. Sorren’s website similarly identifies Sorren Law as a separately regulated legal practice and Sorren Legal Support as a non-law-firm support entity.
“Protecting what clients have built takes more than isolated advice,” Mansfield said. “Whether a client is growing a company, planning for succession, preserving wealth, managing risk or responding to a legal challenge, Sorren Law is designed to provide practical guidance connected to their goals.”
